Thanks for stopping, and have a wonderful crafty day.
Hug,
It is time for another challenge at the Raisin Boat Blog. This month the challenge is Hooray for Summer! We want you to create a card with a summer theme or something you like about summer. Summer use to mean biking everywhere. I haven't gotten on my bike in a long time. Remember when you got on a bike and went down a road with no cars, you didn't have to wear protective gear, and no one got hurt? We all had fun. I chose to use the bike and sentiments from Modern Mobility
I used Raisin Boat cardstock Navy Pier for the base card, Brighton Beach White and Sky View. I put an Action Wobble Spring behind the bike to make it really take off.
Come on over to the Raisin Boat Blog and join in the fun. For this month's challenge, you can again use any stamp set you have (you don't have to limit your entry to Raisin Boat stamps). Use any stamp set you wish for this challenge, but if you use a Raisin Boat stamp set, it will count as two entries. That gives you twice the chance to win a stamp set of your choice! That is right you could WIN a FREE stamp set of your choice.
Have I told you how much fun I have at the Your Paper Pantry ning sight? I was in 11 swaps this month. I just couldn't help myself. There were so many to pick from. Today I want to share the pockets I made for Iley's swap called The Art of Dress Making. I used an old dresser scarf, some muslim, a button and old lace to make my pockets.
This is the front
This is the back with a lace pocket.
Here are some of the tags and goodies.
Now to see how I made this and all the fun goodies inside you will need to watch my video.
The sign ups for the next set of swaps start on August 25. You will have a Spooktcular time for sure. I hope to see you there.

My partner is Cari and she said she likes military themes so I was so excited because I had lots of stuff you use after cleaning out my MIL home. It was all stuff my BIL picked up over the years at garage sales.
Here is the video that tell all about this fun project.
Hello There,
I took a couple of months off from LESSology to try to regroup from cleaning out my MIL home and moving her in with us.
We have a fun challenge this month called "Open that Bottle!" You are to use a bottle cap to create an embellishment.
I love to use bottle caps. I made some flower centers.
I used another bottle cap in my charm this month for the I'm Charmed swap at Your Paper Pantry. The bottle cap for the charm was filled with a clock face, gears, springs and a pen nib.
Here is the finished charm.
Our sponsor for this month's challenge is My Mind's Eye. The winner for this challenge gets the 12x12 Kate & Co. Cambridge Court paper pack. :)
Here is my video.
Bottle caps are so much fun and there are so many things you can do with them. So get busy and link up your creations Here.
I have been busy working on some swaps for Your Paper Pantry. I do love playing at YPP. I am in a ton of swaps this month.
Here are the Burlap Bird Nest for the Flower swap.
If you have the time to watch the video you will see how I made these three nest and some bottle caps for the Grab Bag Embellie Set swap that was titled Retro Kitchen.
Again I have been MIA here on my blog.
I have been very busy and I have some videos coming up soon but right now I want to share the wonderful prize I won from Christina Betts. The card she made for me is so amazing but you will have to watch the video to see it.
The video also has some lovely tickets from Kimberly Vinson.
Here is a picture of the lovely stamp I won from Christina.
Here is the video. Wait until you see the card. Keep in mind that it is 10 time better in person. Thank you again Christina!
