Blog Candy Time

Hi There,
I hope you are interested in some blog candy. If you are you will be helping me celebrate my up coming birthday. I never really plan and celebrate. I guess I always think someone else will do it for me. Dumb right? So this year I decide to make sure I have a happy birthday. This weekend I made two more Advent Calendars.

I filled all the drawers with little surprises like charms, bling, candy, scrabble tiles, etc. One is going to go to someone who follows my blog and YouTube channel. The other one I would like to swap with one of you. So if you want a chance to win one or you want to swap.
1. Please be a follower of both my blog and YT. My channel is LindaLap.
2. Please post about it on your blog and/or YT.
3. Leave a comment below.

That's all you need to do. If you have any questions just ask.

Here is a video showing you more about the Advent Calendar.

You have until November 21st. That is two weeks. If I don't find someone to swap with I will have a first and second prize. I sure hope you will help me celebrate.

Thanks,

I Am Celebrating

This month is my one year Blog-anniversary! Boy has this year gone by fast. For a person who hates to write and is mildly dyslexic I haven't done too bad. I am committed to continue making cards and writing about them. I know this is good for my brain.
I am also celebrating my retirement. I will be retiring at the end of the school year after 30 years of teaching. I sure hope I am doing the right thing. I know I will miss my little friends. The drive is getting to me and the retirement package is still intact so I am going for it. Now for the future, I hope to learn more about card making and maybe even teach others about the wonderful world of card making.

With that said I am offering some candy. I only wish I had more candy to give away to show how much I appreciate all of you. If you are interested in my blog candy I need you to do three things:
1.) Please leave a comment telling me what you do or would do if you were retired.
2.) Become a follower
3.) If you have a blog I would appreciate it if you would post a link to my blog. This will help get to 100 followers.
When I get 100 followers I will have a drawing for one more stamp sets. The first drawing will be on April 24Th. The candy is a Stampin Up Scallop Trim Border Punch, and the Good Neighbors Stamp set from the SU Celebrations Catalog. The second drawing will be when I reach 100 followers and the candy will be the Whimsical Words Clear Mount Stamp Set also from SU Celebrations Catalog. All of your names will be in both drawings. How does that sound? Please get the word out.

Thanks for stopping and good luck!
Hugs,

More Blog Candy

Two post in one day. Wow that is a lot for a Wednesday, but I had to post this. Look at this candy! Go to http://passionforcrafts.blogspot.com/ and read all about it. The blog is called Passion for Crafts and it is by Debbie Doncaster, South Yorkshire, United Kingdom. Check it out and wish her a Happy Blogoversary!

There is more wonderful blog candy at http://jeanette-happythoughtsinkspots.blogspot.com/. Jeanette has the cutest stamps from Whiff of Joy. I am trying to find out how to buy them in the US. I found her blog from Passion for Crafts. There is a lot of blog candy out there and a lot of wonderful card blogs. I could stay up all night but I don't thing I would be any good to my 17 first graders tomorrow if I did that.
