A New Digi Company Wax Fruit Company

Happy Saturday, Well if you are here looking for a Stamp, Scrap and Doodle Saturday I have to say we are on hold for this week I think. Regina our blog owner has had some family health issues and could really use your prayers. I think we will be using last weeks challenge. I will get back to you as soon as I know.
Today I have a new company to tell you about. Arielle from Snappy Stamping' with Arielle has started her own digi stamp company and she has given it the best name. It is called Wax Fruit Company. I love that name. It brings bake wonderful childhood memories for me. I remember taking a big bite of a wax apple that my Aunt had on her table. You know I remember it tasting good, and she just laughed. Any way I love Arielle's sentiments and I used one with this by LORi Design image.
This was a very easy card. I just colored the image with Copic markers and cut it with fancy scissors. Then I taped it to some SU Real Red card stock.
I love the way you can color in the letters of the main word.
I also used one from this same set called Big Little Words on my mother-in-laws birthday card.
I lined the inside.
Stop over and see all of Arielle's wonderful creations. She is amazing.

SP and Company Stamp

Hi Everyone, It is Wednesday and time for another SP and Company Card. I used Candy Hearts, my favorite, for my card today.

This was a fun card.
I created a little window with my Gypsy. Next I stamped the candy hearts around that heart. Then I stamped the same hearts and sentiments on different colored card stock and cut them out. Next I embossed the front of the card with a CB folder. Then I glued on the candy hearts. I tied some bakers twin and a tiny SU clear heart button on the side. The tag was one I made with my Gypsy.
Here is the inside.
For the inside I made this little bug from Create a critter and the heart is a SU punch with a sentiment for Candy Hearts. I stitched the paper with and new tool I got by We R Memory Keepers called Sew Easy. It was fun but I need some practice. I use to do a lot of embroidery on my cloths in the 70's but never on paper. I think this stitch would be easier with my sewing machine but I can't but embroidery thread in it.
Stop over to SP  & Company to see what the other girls have for you this week and to read more about the wonderful sale that Samantha has for you.

Here is what she has for you.

Stamp Scrap and Doodle Saturday!

Happy Saturday! Only one day to go to the BIG Game!

This has been such a fun week with the Love is in the Air Blog Hop. I want to thank everyone who joined in and thank you so much for the sweet comment and becoming followers. I will be picking a winner later today. Your comment mean so much.

We have a great challenge for you this week at Stamp Scrap and Doodle. We are calling it  "Get Punchy."  We are asking that you use some sort of punch, border, image hole punch, what ever you have.

I used three SU  punches to create this card.
The large petals and leaves are the Ornament Extra Large punch.
The two center yellow and green petals are done with the Boho Blossoms punch. And the 5 Petal Flower Extra Large is the star in the middle.
I got the idea for the colors from Colour Q 68 challenge.
To get the texture on the petals I used a wood grain embossing folder by Tim Holtz. The stamp is from an Impression Obsession Sympathy set. The message inside is stamped with a quote from an Irish Tombstone, "Death leaves a heartache, No one can heal, Love leaves a memory No one can steal." I love that saying.

I hope you will join us this week. I look forward to seeing your creations.

Scarpmaster's Paradise Guess Designer

Hi Everyone, I am so excited to be Scarpmaster's Paradise Guest Designer today. I made a TP mini for my husbands Valentine gift. Here is a picture of the cover.
I used three SP and Company sets in my mini.

Candy Hearts

This set is so much fun. I stamped the big heart. Colored it with Copic markers. Stamped the sentiment on it, clear embossed it, then cut it out.

Scallops and Lines Stamp Set

This is a must have set if you scrapbook or make mini albums. I used it on every tag in the book.

Pretty Pendants Stamp Set

I used this set to create a tree to journal on and for extra embellishments on the pages and tags.

Now to see the rest of the book head over to The Scrapmaster's Paradise blog and leave me some love.

Don't forget, you have until Saturday at noon to leave a comment here and sign up to be a follower. Read about it here.  Then your name will go into the drawing for the Candy Heart set.

By Lori Designs Color Challenge #2

Hi again, Boy it is a busy day here. If you are looking for the Love is in the air Blog Hop scroll down.
Now I it is time tell you about Color Challenge #2 at By LORi Design.
Here are the fantastic colors.
The colors are Soft Yellow, Red, Dark Brown and Kraft. You do not have to use SU colors.
And here is my card.

I used Puddle Jumper - Winter Dana. Dana comes with a penguin named Penny but I didn't include her. I want you to see that you can use part of an image. That is the wonderful thing about digi stamps. You can make them any size.  The paper is from SU and I used Copic markers to color the image.
Lori has a great video on her blog by Mercy that shows how to combine and merge digital images. It is very helpful. Thanks Mercy!

I hope you will join us for this weeks color challenge. Head over to By LORi Designs to learn all about the challenge and share your creations. I am looking forward to seeing what you create.

Thanks for stopping,

Hop Day!!

Hi Welcome! If you came here from Momo's blog you are at the right place.
I am so excited to show you my card.

Here is the inside.
This is the cutest card I have ever made. Really! I used the cut that I used on this card. BUT I added another heart on the front to create a pocket. Then I stamped candy hearts, clear embossed them and glued them to tooth picks which I colored with Copic markers. I did this all with one SP and Company stamp set. Can you guess?

Yes, it is my all time favorite set Candy Hearts.

Now you know that our hop has prizes and my prize to one lucky person is Mix & Match : Basics. This set was donated by Amber at Staying Crafty. Thank you Amber!
Isn't this a wonderful set? Look all all the possibilities. This is a real go to set.  All you have to do is leave a comment and if you are not a follower I would love to have you sign up. And Wait There's More (just like the TV ad... LOL) if I hit 400 follower by Friday everyone who leaves a comment and is a follower will be in a drawing to win Candy Hearts Stamp set from me.

Heart Box Video

I really had a fun Monday. My day started by reading my email and watching a Creations with Christina video. Then I made my Packer card and this video thanks to an idea that I got from Christina.  I have learned so much from her. I made this video for two reasons. First it is a fun learning challenge for me. Believe me it is a challenge. These videos take me hours.  I guess I am met to be a life long learner and teacher. Yes I miss teaching - not the politics - just the teaching and my dear friends.  Plus I want to show you my new favorite stamp set from SP and Company called Candy Hearts.
Here you go.

If you have any questions please leave it in the comment box and I will get back to you. Leave a way for me to contact you. If you have a blog you don't have to leave an email address.

Go Pack Go

I am so excited. It has been a long time since I have been this interested in football. I hope I don't loose followers because I know may of you may be Bears fans but it is just a game right????

I just had to make a card for all my fellow Packer fans. I had this By LORi Design image called Ladybug all colored in green and yellow waiting for a me to come up with a card. When the Packers won on Saturday night I know all all this little guy needed was a big G on its belly. I just think it is so cute. I had so much fun making this card.

The football was cut with my Cricut Paper Dolls for Everday. The G is from Mini Monogram. I deleted the stitches. I used CB folder Tiny Bubbles embossing folder on the football.
Well I hope you like my card. And.....
              Go Pack Go!
Oh yes I use to be a cheerleader.
