Another Good Bye

Today I have to say good bye to another wonderful group of ladies. My By LORi Design team term ends today. I am very sad to say good bye to this wonderful group of talented ladies.  I have really enjoyed working with Lori's wonderful little Lollipop children and the adorable Puddle Jumpers. Thank you Lori!
I create this card using Lollipop Amy to say good bye.

The paper is Cosmos Cricket. I punched out the letters for the sentiment. The ribbon is some seam binding that I dyed.

Big Hugs to all the amazing designers at BLD. I will be visiting, joining in on challenges, and going on your hops.  I encourage all my wonderful followers to head over to BLD and take a look at Lori's wonderful stamps. The new June images will be out soon so make sure you check them out.

I want to send BIG HUGS to the entire SP&C team - Kate, Emily, Chrissie, Patty, Stephanie, and Lori.  You are all so wonderfully talented. I will be visiting your blogs often to see your crafty creations!
I especially want to thank Samantha the Scrapmaster her self, who was so kind to have me on her team, to give me so many wonderful stamps and for having the patients to but up with me for over a year. I thank you so very much. I will continue to take your challenges, show case your products and support you. I can't thank you enough!

I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend.
I have a pretty card for you that I made using some Echo Park paper and  Mini Card Creations II stamp set from SP and Company. I also used one to the flowers I made.
This card was so easy and turned out so pretty. I used both side of the paper. Stamped on one side and used the other side for accent. Tied a ribbon and added some flowers. The large flower is the one I made using the TH Tattered Florals and Lindy's Magicals.
Here is a peek at the inside.

I used a MS flower boarder punch on the liner.

I hope you are having a safe and wonderful weekend. Be sure to check out  all the goodness at SP and Company.
Thanks you SP and Company and

Stamp Scrap Doodle Saturday

Happy Saturday Everyone,
Regina has asked me to take over the challenge for a while. Her family needs her right now. Please keep her family in your prayers.
"Sending prayers and support your way, Regina."
I am busy contacting sponsors and trying to line up some prizes for our challenge.  We haven't had a sponsor or a prize in a while.  So this week I will sponsor our challenge. The winner will receive a Cuttlebug Embossing Folder  called Moroccan Screen.
This week we have a wonderful sketch created by our very own Suzanne from My Crafty Corner.

I used the adorable By LORi Design image Lollipop Amy. She will be featured on Tuesday 5/31  at By LORi Design.
The flowers are some cloth ones that I made. The lining is punched with a MS board punch. You can see the lining peeking out. I tucked a little tag under the bow. I cut Amy out using a Nestiblites die called Beaded Oval. Before I took it out of the die-cut  I inked the "beads ." the ribbon is from SU.

I hope you will join us this week. I look forward to seeing your creations.

One of my favorites is the Round Sentiment I. I used it on this card.

BY LORi Designs May Release

Hi Welcome to my blog,
Today BLD is featuring, "Lollipop Sisters." They are adorable! It makes me think of  growing up with my sister. She always got the outfit in blue and I got one in red. She is a lot taller than me too.  She is 5'8" and I am on my tip toes trying to be 5'3".
I used purple on this little girl to go with the DP instead of red.

This is the same card with the light a different directions. You can see the liquid glass I added on this one but the colors are better in the first one.

I followed Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge #117 for my card.
The paper was all from my scraps but I know the DP is Karen Foster. I tried a 3.25 X 6.5 card like Karen at SSSC. I like it I don't think I ever did one that size before.  I added a paper doily, some rickrack and some flowers.

Now head over to By LORi Design to see what the other VERY talented DTs have for you.

BY LORi Designs

Oh I am so excited. I have a new release from By LORi Design and  I made it for a challenge. It seems like forever since I have posted a card for a challenge. The  By LORi Designs image is called Lollipop Amy. The challenge is Color Throwdown #141.
Here are the colors this week.
And here is Amy..

Oh my, the colors in this photo don't look so good.

(( Edited 5/16)) A good friend told me to edit my picture by making it brighter in my editing program. I think this one is much better

The base card and the button are SU rose red but you wouldn't know it from this picture. But isn't Lollipop Amy adorable? I just love Lori's little people. I colored her with copic markers and I uses some more of that vintage rick rack at the bottom of the card.
Be sure to check out all the new releases at By LORi Design. You are going to love them.

Happy Sunday,
I have another SP and Company card for you. I just love this digi image called "Pretty Lady"
I  think she looks like she is try to  think what to have for dinner. That is the hardest part of cooking for me. Thinking of what to have. The menu board was created using "Scallops and Lines Stamp Set." The word is from a set from Crafty Secrets, I think. I really wanted to make a red and black card today and I am happy with how this one turned out.

Check out the SP & Company store to see all the wonderful stamps.

BY LORi Designs

Hi Everyone,
Hubby has been gone all day and I stayed in my craft room and played. It was so much fun. I want to show you a card I made using a By LORi design image called Birthday Owen.
He is colored with Copic markers  and layered on some Scalloped squares. I tied a little bakers twin around one corner. The base card was embossed with the Happy Birthday CB folder.
OK I am off to finish up a few more things before DH gets home. Wow it is 7:30 and it is getting dark. That man will fish until the stars come out. He really loves it.  I do too but it is still a little to cold for me to stay outside for 15 hours.

Enjoy the rest of your Saturday!

Stamp Scrap Doodle Saturday

Hi Everyone,
The challenge for this week  at SSDS is to  use old supplies.
Here is my card.

The stamp set is a very old set from SU and the paper is from my scraps and I think that is SU also.  The butter flies are a SU die cut.
This was a fun card to make. I need to get out more of my old stamps.  I hope you will dig in your old supplies and join us this week.
