Rolodex Card A Day 356 was inspired by some scrapes I had after making some Bowl Cozies for Christmas Gifts. You create a dart and when you cut the dart out the piece you would throw away looks like an elf hat. Well, it did to me.
Here is the video.

In the video I ask a question. I wanted to know if anyone was raided with a story about Belsnickel. I thought maybe it was just our family.  Well I just fond my answer on Google.
"Beisnickel," The figure is also preserved in Pennsylvania Dutch communities. (I grew up in PA very close to the Dutch communities). Belsnickel shows up at houses 1–2 weeks before Christmas and often created fright because he always knew exactly which of the children misbehaved.[2] He is typically very ragged and mean looking. He wears torn, tattered, and dirty clothes, and he carries a switch in his hand with which to beat bad children.  The children escape unharmed, but they are scared into being good so that Santa will bring them presents on Christmas."
My mom did feed the hoboes from the train. We lived right next to the train tracks and they would mark our side walk as a place to get a sandwich. So we may have thought one of them was him. We were scared into being good before and after Christmas. We were told he would come back and take all the presents if were were not good and appreciative of what we received. Great idea, then the parent wasn't the bad guy. LOL

Thanks for sticking with me this year. Only 10 more cards. I can not believe it. Boy this year went very fast. I think I will take two weeks off and then start with Rolodex Card Any Day 357.

I hope you are feeling good about the Holidays and enjoying some special moments.
Hugs,
