The Graduation Card

Hi I just finished my stepsons graduation card. We were is such a rush to get there that I didn’t get his card made. I am glad I waited and had a chance to think and plan. The card was designed on my Gypsy. The cartridges were Wild Card Cartridge and Stone Script fonts. The CS was Pure Luxury from Gina K Designs. I used his school colors. My DH came up with the sentiment on the front. The inside has the sentiment that goes with the card.

Here is a picture of all of us after the ceremony. It was a very special day. Now he has to take the bar exam, moving out of student housing, find a job and home for his family. A lot on his plate wouldn’t you say? He is young and very ambitious.

I hope you had a wonderful weekend. I have 4 more days with students. I am not sure how I feel about that.

Thanks for stopping,

Great card Linda! Bittersweet congrats about the 4 days. I'm sure that last day will be very emotional- make sure to have plans for those 1st couple days when school starts in the fall. My friends who have had plans have been much happier than those who didn't. :) Alas we have 14 days to go (and I will be returning in the fall :P ).
