My Tip
What you do is make one of the layers for notes to yourself. Like number things or write the color you are want to use.
I keep seeing all these new die cuts and punches that I want. Then I think I should be able to make that with all the cartridges I have. I found some I liked and made a file. Then I cut a sample sheet.
This is the sheet of label I made. After I choose the one I want I can make it any size. It isn't perfect because it is just a reference sheet for me.
This is how it looks on my Gypsy.
This is Layer 1. I have the eye closed for the next two layer. You get the layers my tapping the + sign. |
This is layer 2. |
Layer 3 is a label I need for this week. |
This is the label I am going to use. |
This one I call label 10. I will be using this one this week on a special project for something I am making for my Guest Designer Day at SP & Company on Friday. The lines were made with SP & Company Scallops and Lines stamp set. This really is a very useful set.
Here is another example of a file I have saved with the colors I want to use.
This is layer 1. |

This is what it looks like with both eyes open. |
This is so helpful to me and I hope this will be helpful to you. If you have any questions please ask. I love to help when I can.

Linda I love the labels you have made. These are just perfect.
What a wonderful tip also about setting a page for the details, how many times do we have a great idea and totally forget what we wanted to do with it.
Thanks for sharing

I'm such a Gypsy addict! *LOL* I have written things as color reminders and such before too if I have a lot on one page. I've never tried the numbering idea :)
This is an awesome idea Linda. Thank you so much for sharing this with us!
