Color Inspiration #48
This is the first card I have entered in Kristen’s color challenge. I have loved all the card and wanted to give it a try. Let me know how I did.
I used: Stampin Up chocolate chip for the base card, then whisper white ink for the Stampin Up Stamp Heard for the Heart. I punched the kiwi kiss border with a Fiskers boarder punch. The printed paper is SU Delicate Dots Series Paper. The flowers are from SU Flower Fusion Too. I forget were I got the the white ribbon and the button.

Your cards are lovely. Thanks for coming to my blog. You asked about the photo. I took my card to photoshop elements to work with the lighting. I just took an online course this week on editing, cropping, with Photoshop Elements. I am trying to perfect my photo's. I am not one to just look around and try things out and I do not really like online courses either, but this one really helped me a lot. I still have two lessons to finish. So hopefully the pictures will continue to improve. Also having a good digital camera helps. I do not have an SLR. Hope that helps!

Fun felt flower! Love your stiching accent. Way to rock out the color combo.

Beautiful! Nice use of the border punch, too! Are you a Fiskateer?

Hi Lindal, I couldn't find a way to email you, so this was the only way I knew to contact you - sorry. Fiskateers.com is a fun message board of about 6,000 members who love to chat about all things crafting, mostly paper crafting. There are a ton of RAK's, giveways, etc, and there are even local events around the country. And much, much, more. WOuld you like to join us? Just go to the website and email one of the lead Fiskateers - tell them I sent you; I'm Fiskateer #1823. Membership is free, of course. Fiskars is having a warehouse sale this weekend, and I believe (not sure the location) it's in Madison, WI. Hope to see you over there!
