Oh My Goodness! I have been so busy I forgot to tell you that I won a set of Peachy Keen stamps from My Creative Time with Emma. I won just for leaving a comment on her blog and I finally got to use it today. Peachy Keen is having a Friday challenge called Let's Face It. The challenge is to create a Halloween treat containers using PK faces. This is a judged challenge so I really worked hard on this project. I made these adorable little fellows with my new stamp set and my Cricut.
As soon as I saw the challenge I knew what I wanted to make. Every Halloween I love to make a mix of dry roasted peanuts and candy corn. It taste so good!
Then I thought I should make a corn container for my treat. The box is from Tags, Bags, Boxes and More and the triangle is from Just Because.
I colored it with Copic markers YR68, Y13, G9, Y17. I used SU chalk for their cheek.
Next I used my Score Buddy to score the box. Then I stamped the cute faces and other stamps from the PK Dress Me Ghost set.
Next I used score tape to but the box together.
Last by not least I added the candy corn and peanut treat. Yum Yum!
The ghost is from Everyday Paper Dolls. I layered the ghost under the triangle corn that is popped up on one side.
Even if I don't win the challenge I think this is the cutest thing I have every made. Thank you Peachy Keen and Emma I couldn't have done it without you.
The challenge is until September 30th. You have to see the wonderful projects the DT have made. I know you will be motivated to join this challenge too.
Thanks for stopping,

I wanted to answer your question. The apple is not a card on Create-a-Critter. I welded two of the Create-a-Critter apples together on my Gypsy to make the card base.
Once again, I LOVE this cute candy corn treat box. I'm now a follower too and look forward to lots of fun creations.
Also, congratulations on 30 years of teaching. I'm sure you have touched so many children's lives. Teachers are amazing! Cricut hugs- Glora

Thank you for your comments on my blog! I really appreciate them. :) I have actually only been up here for one Halloween, the other one we were travelling, and we spent it in the Yukon. We got quite a few trick or treaters last year, which was so much fun! I'm hoping for a turnout like that again.
